The experience was horrible!
You delivered the product (a birthday gift) on the wrong day and the card I paid for was wrong. You gave my mother someone else’s card do she didn’t know who the gift was from.
Instead of offering a partial refund, you had the nerve to offer a $10 credit off another purchase.
