Choose the Right Delivery Option
Tastebuds offers several Australia-Wide delivery options to suit your needs –
Standard Delivery – For a flat rate of $14.95, your order will leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.
Express Delivery – For $17.95, your order will leave the warehouse the same day if placed before 4 PM AEST on a business day.
Same Day Delivery (Melbourne Metro only) – For $19.95, orders placed before 10 AM AEST Monday to Friday can be delivered the same day.
Note – All delivery dates are estimated. While Tastebuds strives to deliver your gift on your preferred day, they cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Provide Accurate Delivery Information
Double check that the recipient's address is complete and accurate. This includes street name, number, suburb, and any additional details like unit numbers or business names. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can lead to delays and additional redirection fees.
Consider the Delivery Location
Delivery times can vary based on the recipient's location. While most metropolitan areas can expect next business day delivery, rural or remote areas might take an extra day or two. Track Your Order
Once your gift has been dispatched, Tastebuds provides tracking information via email so you can monitor its journey. This helps you stay informed and gives you essential peace of mind.
Be Prepared for Delivery
If the recipient isn't home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave the package at the delivery address if it's deemed safe. If not, the package may be taken to a local Post Office for collection. In some cases, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Plan Ahead During Peak Seasons
During busy periods like Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day, delivery times may be longer due to high demand. It's advisable to place orders well in advance (at least a month for personal gifts, 6 weeks for corporate gifts) to guarantee timely delivery.
Know Our Cancellation and Amendment Policies
If you need to cancel or amend an order, it's best to do so within an hour of placing it. After that, changes may not be possible, especially if the gift has already been prepared or dispatched. Cancellation fees may apply, and personalised items may incur additional charges.
